Feedback welcomed
We continue to assess the design and content of our website to ensure it remains relevant, easy to understand and navigate. We aim to make the website text as simple as possible to understand and try to avoid using excessive graphics for the use of portraying information and to provide alternative (alt tags) text equivalents with all images.
However, we know there may be elements that aren’t fully accessible, for example areas where text is difficult to read over an image, or adjacent blocks of colour making it difficult to read for those with certain levels of colour blindness.
We also recognise that you may need information on this website in a different format, for example large print, easy read, audio recording or braille.
In both instances please do contact us to let us know. You can do this via the link at the bottom of the page and we will get back to you or you can contact us by phone or in person.
We provide a textphone service for people who can’t hear or speak on the phone. You can find out more about textphone on the Relay UK website.
Most of our offices have audio induction loops. We can arrange a British Sign Language (BSL) interpreter if you contact us before your visit. Find out how to contact us.
You can read our Reasonable Adjustment Policy for Citizens Advice Bucks Service Users for more information on this.
Reporting accessibility problems
We will always take on board feedback and where possible make changes to the website to improve the accessibility of it. However, if you feel that we are not meeting accessibility requirements, please in the first stage contact us to make us aware via the link at the bottom of the page. If you are not happy with how we respond then you can register a complaint with the Equality Advisory and Support Service (EASS).
