There is a wealth of information in our Self-Help section, however, if you want to talk to someone in person you can visit us at one of our offices or one of our outreach locations within Buckinghamshire. Details on how to do this are below.
Reception Open Days
If you have access needs or are vulnerable, reception areas in our offices are open on certain days for you to pop in and speak to someone or drop off/collect paperwork. When it is your turn, someone will speak with you about the best way of getting assistance from an adviser. Please note we are not able to offer an ‘on the day appointment’ when you visit on a reception open day and they can be busy, so please be prepared and patient.
Our aim is to help everyone the best we can depending on your needs and the issue you are dealing with, in a fair manner. If you do not have access needs and there is no immediate emergency, we may ask you to call our Advice Line, another helpline, complete a contact us form on our website or access information via our website.

Our reception open days are as follows:
Aylesbury: Mondays, Wednesdays & Fridays 10am – 2pm
Buckingham: Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays 10am – 4pm
Chesham: Tuesday 9.30am-12.30pm and Thursday 9.30am-4pm
High Wycombe: Thursday- 10.30am-1pm

Please Note- If you are in crisis, we will do our best to support you there and then or arrange a call back – where one of our advisers will get in touch with you ASAP. If it is an issue that we can not help you with we will signpost you to an alternative organisation who can.
Face to Face Appointments
Pre-booked face to face appointments are available at each of our offices. Currently, these appointments are reserved for clients who either have access needs or complex advice issues.
In order to access one of these appointments, you will either need to first speak with an Adviser on our Advice Line or have been into one of our offices where they have identified a need for an in person appointment.
Unfortunately, we are currently not able to offer an ‘on the day appointment’ should you visit one of our offices. However, if you are in crisis we will do our best to support you then and there or refer you to an alternative organisation who can help.
