Lesley worked for 20 years in the management consulting industry latterly as Global Managing Director for Hay Group. She was a senior partner and member of the Ownership Board. She is experienced in strategy development, leadership and business development as well as consulting on people and change.
Before entering consulting she was a Human Resources Director in the public sector and spent some time working for Bucks County Council. Since 2016, Lesley has established a start-up business which focuses on leadership and team development, culture change and executive coaching. She is also a Council member of the RNLI and was formerly a Trustee of Pohwer a local advocacy charity. She was a Trustee for Chiltern Citizens Advice for three years and a member of the Fundraising Sub Committee. At CA Bucks she is the lead Trustee for service delivery.
