Citizens Advice Bucks is taking over the South of the County, making our charity truly county wide thanks to a new grant from Buckinghamshire Council.
The service is currently being run by Three Rivers Citizens Advice but following talks with them and Bucks Council, we will now be delivering the service from 1st April.
This is great news for residents across Buckinghamshire as it means that wherever you are in Bucks, you can get our help. People living in the South of the County who were accessing Three Rivers will be moved across so they can get help from Citizens Advice Bucks, and the service is now available five days a week instead of three for new and existing clients.
Thalia Jervis, CEO for Citizens Advice Bucks says,
‘As always the Bucks community is tremendously important to us and we want the best for them. We are thrilled to be able to open up our service to those in South Bucks and look forward to being able to help them. We want to ensure all clients can reach us and can now truly say we can offer help wherever people are in the County. We are now able to help more people than ever, which is just great.’
Citizens Advice work is crucial in getting people’s lives back on track and has a hugely beneficial impact on our county as a whole. Most importantly, it helps people lead happier, more fulfilling lives. Our advice can be truly transformative, as one client says:
“Not sure how I can say thank you – and pass my thank you to the whole team who put their efforts into helping me . much appreciated, you are simply the best.”
