Susan is the Global HR Director for Kantar Media’s 5,000 strong Operations and IT Business Unit. She joined Kantar 19 year ago & has held a number of senior HR roles within the Group during that time. Previously she was employed by The London Underground as Head of HR for 3 Engineering divisions & held Regional & Head Office HR positions in Mothercare & BHS.
She has wide experience in culture change, organisation design and for the past year – remote working! On the personal side, she lives in a small village between Aylesbury & Buckingham with her husband & 2 cats & enjoys the Theatre, attending concerts & is a passionate Queen fan!
In her previous role as trustee for Citizens Advice High Wycombe, she was a member of the HR Sub Committee. As a new trustee, to the CA Bucks Board she is looking forward to gaining a detailed understanding of the combined organisation & to contribute towards its ongoing success.
